My vehicle was in for scheduled maintenance and it was completed on time. One of the items was being done as a preventative measure and John was great in explaining the cost of the item to make sure there weren't any surprises. The explanation of the next potential maintenance item was also appreciated.

I came to Bergstrom, after viewing many dealerships w/a negative attitude about used car salesmen.Devin my sales rep was professional & did an excellent job answering any questions & issues that came up.After this experience, I would recommend Bergstom, Middleton to anyone. Kyle & Ryan(?) were also professional & did a great job as well! Overall it was a great experience 😊

So the mechanics determined that the engine basically is destroyed so we are going to junk the car the equinox is not worth any investment. It is a poorly designed vehicle. The diagnosis fee was very reasonable and the mechanic laid out a clear explanation of what it would take to save the car which we declined.

Great experience as always. The General Manager, Jeff (think that’s his name) brought me over a chilled coke! The guys in the shop got the work done quickly and were nice enough to bring me the cellphone I forgot on the passenger seat.

We came in for a tune up and the van was running fine. When we left we had to get a jump to start the van. came back in when we had to jump it again. they replaced the battery, three days later the van died and had to get another jump. When we gpt it jumped the van started rumbling and I had to keep my foot on the gas and the other on the break in order to get it home without it killing kn me. As I said it was running fine before we brought it in. We are not happy about that as we are heading to Florida next minday and looks like we will have to rent an accesible van snd deal with getting the formerly good car repaired.

Was pleased with the customer service until I got my car home and 1 day later noticed my car was almost completely out of oil. They had tightened the oil filter and did not check the oil level or refill it. There is a known oil leak, the oil level was full when the car came in to be fixed. Given the amount I paid to have my car checked and fixed I would expect they would have at least checked the level.
