Went in for the 37,500 mile check, was advised I missed the 30,000 mile check so we did both at this time. I believe the service writer was Justin, he gave me the price for both and how long it would take. He came into the waiting room twice to keep me updated. Very happy with the service once again.
Shane McCully was great to work with, and was always helpful and knowledgeable. I have dealt with other dealerships in the past where I felt very pushed around, and at Bergstrom I felt very comfortable and could tell that they were listening. Financing was also very streamlined and convenient. I would absolutely recommend Shane and Bergstrom to anyone.
My sales person failed in two major ways. First, he failed to keep me informed about his or someone's failure to timely obtain a check to complete my trade-in and purchase, Second, he (or someone under his direction) failed to ensure that all of the equipment purchased in the vehicle was included and to generally have the vehicle ready when I came to pick it up.. Perhaps with better training, this sales person will become more appreciative of his customer's expectations. I am probably the easiest person to deal with but I feel that my good nature was taken advantage of.
